Run the business.
We'll handle the build.
Websites, software, automation — built, launched, and tended. One partner. One number. Off your plate.
Three things we own. End to end.
Websites
Your full digital storefront. Designed, built, hosted, evolved — handled.
Learn more →Software
Custom web apps and internal tools for the operations off-the-shelf can't run. Built, hosted, maintained.
Learn more →Automation
Workflow and process automation that pulls repeated work off your team. Mapped, built, integrated, tended.
Learn more →Three short conversations. The rest happens without you.
- 01
Brief
One conversation. We learn the business, the buyer, what success looks like.
- 02
Build
Strategy, design, copy, code — handled. You see it, sign off, it ships.
- 03
Tend
Owned and maintained as long as you want a partner. The work evolves as the business does.
Built for the operator who would rather be running the business.
One accountable partner
One inbox. One number. The operator talks to the builder — no account-exec layer, no vendor maze.
Fixed-fee, no surprises
Pricing is bundled and known up front. No timesheets, no scope-creep invoices, no quarterly surprises.
Tended after launch
Ownership doesn't end at launch. The work stays cared for, current, and growing — by structure, not retainer upsell.
Continuity of judgment
The people who built the work maintain it. Senior judgment doesn't drop off at launch.
What operators ask before we work together.
- What does "owned and tended" mean?
- We own the digital build end-to-end — strategy, design, build, content, integrations, deployment — and we tend it after launch. Tending isn't a separate retainer or maintenance plan; it's how the work continues to be cared for as the business evolves. The only thing we need from you is a clear picture of your business and what success looks like.
- Do you do more than just websites?
- Yes. Three equal service pillars: Websites (with SEO and AEO), Software (custom web apps and internal tools), and Automation (workflow and process automation). Most engagements start with one and expand once we've earned the right to do more.
- Is this a one-time build or an ongoing relationship?
- An ongoing relationship. The build runs on infrastructure we own and operate, maintained by the people who built it. You're buying continuous custody — design, code, hosting, and evolution as the business changes — not a deliverable that sits on a hard drive. The model is closer to outsourced ownership than a software purchase. Brand assets you provide (content, domain, customer data) remain yours.
- What do you need from me to get started?
- A discovery call, access to whatever brand and operational context you have, and visibility into the problem we're solving. From there we run.
- Do you work alongside our existing team?
- Yes. We handle the digital build end-to-end. We work alongside in-house teams, marketing partners, or solo founders running everything themselves.
- How long does an engagement take?
- It depends on the pillar. Conversion diagnostics run about two weeks. Full site rebuilds run eight to ten weeks. Software and automation engagements are scoped per project. We tell you on the discovery call — not after we've billed for discovery.
